Using songs, stories, and small group lessons, children are introduced to conversational French starting in Junior Casa. French language Montessori materials such as nomenclature cards and simple games are used to further build interest and vocabulary.  As children progress into Senior Casa and Elementary classes, French studies expand to include phonetic language (reading and writing in French), math, and the vocabulary to work with all the Montessori materials in French.
