“Thank you for running such a kind and gentle school.  It is the perfect environment for curious and impressionable little minds.” - Dr. & Mr. Archer

Physical Education

In a non-competitive environment, children have fun and build gross motor coordination (to run, jump, hop, and skip; to throw, catch, and kick a ball).  Weather-permitting, we schedule gross motor time outdoors in each of the morning and afternoon for all our Casa classes.  On poor weather days, we plan engaging indoor activities including yoga, “On the Line” movement, and parachute games.  By including a rich variety of skill-building activities and games, the program introduces children to the tools required to develop a personal program of lifelong exercise, fitness and recreation.
